Each Eid al Adha, the hills of Fanja (Oman) echo with the sound of gunfire for the Al Azwah celebration. This was the Al Azwah celebration, held on Eid al Adha this year when the guns of Oman’s past crack and echo through the mountains. The three-day event culminates with the firing of the old cannons from the walls of the fort.
It was a casual walk(my camera battery also got exhausted as I did not check it's life before the outing which I always do)for me hoping to enjoy the local celebration with my D810 and Tamron 15-30 f2.8.Really enjoyed the celebration and managed a few casual shots as documentation.
